Evolution Toys Warranty Policy

1. Applicable products will carry terms and warranty as provided by the manufacturer or regional office.

2. Please retain your sales receipt for warranty claims.

3. Applicable products are warranted against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a specified period from the date of purchase.

4. The warranty however does not cover wear and tear and damages due to inappropriate use.

5. Products are not warranted against damages caused by mishandling, battery leakages, connection faults, moisture and accessories.
