Shipping and Returns
- Items are normally shipped within 3 days upon payment. We will notify you should any items be is out of stock along with the estimated delivery date. We will offer the option for a full refund for product(s) not in stock if the delay is not acceptable to you.
- Shipment will be made through the mode indicated in order form or it's equivalent.
- Self collection may be arranged for purchases above S$100 only.
- All orders should be made online, including self-collect orders and orders to be paid in cash.
- Returns are accepted for all products within 14 days if cause of fault is due to inherent product or manufacturing defect.
- All returns and warranty claims must be preceded by a written notice indicating the nature of the fault and issue with the product.
- If identical model is not available, we may replace or exchange with product of similar specifications or offer store credit equivalent to the remaining value of the product.
- Note warranty does not cover wear and tear, product misuse, operating beyond standard environment, battery faults and accesories faults.
